First post here for Attachment Parenting Brisbane...so exciting to see our little group growing. I started this group with an idea......that if I couldn't find the community of women I craved, women with many of the same ideals as me in regards to their parenting journey, that I would create one!
It started as a couple of small Facebook groups, one a babywearing one for Brisbane. Then I was blessed with the opportunty to take over as co-ordinator of a wholistic/permaculture playgroup at Northey St City Farm. After some weeks I intergrated these meets with (if I do say so myself) great success! We now have so much happenning I can barely keep up :)
So now I am happy to share this little blog, as a way of "putting us out there", letting other mothers who are isolated in their beliefs know that they are not alone.
I may be sporadic in posting, so if you have any ideas you would like to share please email me, I will be more than receptive. Most of my communication will remain though our Facebook group
